THE NORTHERN RIVERS CUTTING HORSE CLUB IS AN AFFILIATE OF THE NCHA AND WE RUN BY THE NCHA RULE BOOK.

Scratchings for shows prior to scratching cutoff date can now be done through Icompete
Memberships for the NRCHC are due on the 1st of March each year
BEGINNER HORSE Unaffiliated
A beginner horse is a horse that has not won any affiliated money with the NCHA in a hand down event or snaffle bit event (grass roots events not included). A horse will become ineligible to compete after winning 3 Beginner horse events or upon winning any money in an affiliated NCHA event excluding Grass Roots events. Pro trainers are eligible for this event at our shows.
Members
To be eligible for points in our clubs annual point score competitors must have paid membership prior to competing at a show for it to be eligible. Points will only be tallied from the date of Financial membership, there for membership must be paid prior to start of event for points to count.
Horses in $5,000.00 Novice, $15,000.00 Novice and Open, the owners of the Horse must be members of NRCHC to be eligible.
End of year Awards
All events will be eligible for awards using the same system as NCHA area awards.
Buckles will be awarded to events ( excluding Grass roots and Beginner Horse ) in which 3 Financial club members have competed in that event at 3 shows
